By placing an order you agree to these general terms and conditions. All transactions with Nailee Kaylee are subject to these general terms and conditions.

Shipping

The order will take a maximum of 7 days processing time, after this your order will be shipped.
All orders are shipped with PostNL and provided with a tracking link.
The estimated delivery time does not include processing time and is used to be as a guidance, this does not include weekends and holidays.
Nailee Kaylee is not responsible for any delays or delay at customs.

If you have received your dispatch email and have waited the full estimated delivery time, please contact your local sorting office first.
Often your package will be waiting there for you to be picked up after a failed delivery.
If I am unable to deliver your goods within 30 days, I will inform you immediately and inform you of the expected delivery date.

Returned parcels can be shipped again at the buyers expense.

Taxes and duties may be applied depending on the destination country. These are to be paid by the recipient.

Refunds and returns

I accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. An email must be sent to info@naileekaylee.com to request cancellation.

Due to the nature of the products, custom made, I am unable to give refunds for these sets.
I only offer refunds for solid color sets in standard sizes, no custom sizes. Provided the goods are unused and in its original packaging.
The return period is 14 days and return costs are at the buyers expense.

A sizing kit is the only way to ensure a right fit. I am unable to refund or exchange because of incorrect sizing.

Please inspect your package when received and contact me within 14 calendar days if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. You can contact me at info@naileekaylee.com
If I do not receive such notification, the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory.

Other

Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s color and design, actual colors may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings.
Designs will be adjusted to fit the length and shape of your choice.
