Can I make changes to a design?
Yes, all design sets can be made to your liking. If you prefer a different color or some small changes to the design just leave a note in the Message box when ordering. If you would like to add charms, rhinestones or other intricate details please contact me first to to discuss pricing.

How do I apply press on nails?
With every order I include an instruction card, so applying your press on nails is a breeze!
Simply follow these steps:
- Start by pushing back your cuticles with the small wooden stick
- Gently buff your natural nails with the mini buffer
- Clean your nails with the alcohol wipe
- If you want to wear your nails for 2-3 weeks -> Apply a thin layer of glue on your natural nail and a drop of glue inside your press on nail
If you want to wear your nails for 1-2 days -> Apply the sticky tabs on your nail and peel off the plastic cover
- Apply press ons and hold for 10 seconds
Voila! Enjoy your new nails
Can I reuse press on nails?
With proper removal and care, you are able to reuse them.
To remove the nails, grab a bowl with hot water and add some oil and soap. Soak your nails in the bowl for about 15 minutes.
Gently lift the edges of the press on nails using a cuticle stick. If the glue is loose enough, the nails will pop off.
Remember to be patient and avoid forcefully pulling off the press-on nails to prevent damage to your natural nails.
What is in my package?
10 Custom fit nails in a clear display box. This way you can store your nails easily. I also include an application kit that includes all the necessary tools to ensure a seamless application of the press on nails. It's like having a mini nail salon at your fingertips!
How do I know my sizes?
I highly recommend buying a sizing kit to ensure the perfect fit. Since all nail beds and fingers are different, a certain shape or length can look different on everyone. With a kit you can try out the nails at home, and you get a discount on your order. Or you can go to the size guide page for instructions on how to measure your nails.

Where do you ship to?
I am based in The Netherlands and ship worldwide.
What is the processing time?
I am only 1 person ♡ I take a maximum of 7 days to create your order and ship it to you. Thank you so much for understanding and your patience.
How long will it take to receive my order?
After the processing time your order will be shipped with PostNL and provided with a tracking number.
- The Netherlands: 1 - 2 working days
- Europe 1 (Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg) 2 - 3 working days
- Europe 2 (other) 4 - 6 working days
- International 5 - 8 working days
Delivery times are estimated and can vary based on factors such as location and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
My parcel has been returned to you. Can you resend it?
Yes! Send an email to info@naileekaylee.com to confirm I received it. For returned parcels, because of for example an incorrect entered address, the customer needs to pay again for shipping.
Do you accept cancellations, returns or exchanges?
Within 24 hours of your purchase I will gladly accept cancellations. Just send an email to info@naileekaylee.com
Due to the nature of the products, being handmade and custom, I only accept returns for the solid color sets in standard sizes (not custom sizes!) as long as they have not been worn.
If you would like to exchange your solid color set for another color, just return it and place a new order.
Returns are paid by the customer.
Refunds or exchanges are not offered for incorrect sizing, so please double check before you order. This is why I recommend a sizing kit - buy here
Items that are deemed defective or damaged must be reported through email within two weeks of delivery. at info@naileekaylee.com. The customer will receive a returns form to send back the item.
Customs and taxes
Taxes and duties may be applied depending on the destination country. These are to be paid by the recipient.
